Charles choubane conseil was created in Paris in 1993 and dealed grain already with french farmers , provided chicken and animals farm in feed wheat, feed corn and feed barley, the charles choubane team is composed by specialist of agronomy, old french farmers and specialiste of trade.
Charles houbane Conseil, opened in 2007 representation in Odessa Ukraine and immediately performed with deep relations in grain area there, close Odessa, with Silos, Storage, docks. We developed important cooperation, assistance, advice, council and elaboration of quality , with French technology between our Ukrainian farmers and us.
We work in trust and happiness, we developpe train communication till port, all transport logistic possible for arrange shipment to our client with priority of loading in Odessa port and Iliishevsk .
Our job is not to find shipment for our client , but we assist the loading and we are performant for reserve the date and that all will be cleat when the vessel will be there.
The goods are originated all over Ukraine by our subsidiaries depending on quality requirements.
We pay a lot of attention to controlling critical processes which are part of purchase, storage and distribution. To that end, the company’ s suppliers are audited on a regular basis to check whether all quality standards are met.
In addition, at the physical delivery, all products are submitted to inspections, carried out by external inspection bodies ( state for compulsory certification and independent surveyors) specialized in the field of agro-commodities and having thorough product knowledge.
The goods can be delivered with vessel’ s shipments on FOB
Also the grain can be delivered to the destinations in bulk in 40’ containers.

We equilibrate the request by our FCO
Then, if buyer accept, we send the contract
After seal the contract
Buyer issue irrevocable confirmed and transferable LC
Then we load in silo till port .
Buyer send Q88 for reservation of docks for vessel
Loading commence
After SGS
TTm payment
When the TTM is confirmed, vessel leave the port
